Is a Short Sale for you?

Simply put, a short sale is when a home sells for less than the seller owes to the mortgage lender. It’s an option for homeowners who need to sell their homes because of ANY type of financial hardship. Whether the financial hardship is due to a job loss, illness, another mortgage on another home, or separation and divorce.
